The POW/MIA Memorial at the Centre County Grange Fairgrounds was formally dedicated on Saturday, July 27 during a ceremony which honored all service members who never made it back home. The siblings of Major Lewis Smith II made it their mission to honor their brother, and all unaccounted for service members by constructing a memorial courtyard reminding visitors of their sacrifice. Centre Concrete is proud to have been a small part of this memorial.
